hi, how long have been fly for this TT50 engine?

about 3 gallons until I gotten sick of the inconsistency and changed to a OS50 Hyper.

Has this engine done with a idle needle mod ?

Yep, done.

I was told that if you change a TT50 carb to the OS50's carb unit, it'll actually perform as good as an OS50.

Never tried, so I cannot verify how true the claim is.
