servo swing when plug in battery

Hi, anyone using spektrum Dx6i for setting up heli? Was helping a friend to setup and when i plug in battery, the servo just swing to the max without any input on the stick. Was using HXT servo.

Anyone encounter this ? Advice appreciated.

check yr trimming and sub trim. make sure all is 0 position.

the gear might be strip, check the upper gear.
