I don't think it's possible for SLS to sell this phone at 650, last i check at SLS it was $1000..
Even a 2nd hand set at MobileSquare cost $758..

Of coz what is the price u're paying for at $650?? :P
Does it come with free firmware upgrades in the future to release f/w ver of Z800i? (R2A)

Anyway, it's a good phone!

U can check ur firmware by using joystick n asterisk key..
Press right,*,left,left,*,left,*

Latest stable is R1X031, newest is R1Y005 (this ver got prob with ST 3G)
