wah, i think very difficult to get this kind of casing in Singapore bro , moreover this is a casing for bow & arrow, a contraband item in Singapore.

The most u can purchase this casing overseas n get it shipped to Singapore

Gd plan.

Balsa's light but too fragile. Plywood is cheap and tough but it's heavy. Bass wood is lighter and pretty tough but it's not cheap.

And how about using cheapo chipboards from Daiso?

the last i heard, its already closed down. not sure where u can get archery bow casings but i saw a couple of aluminium cases for sale at sim lim towers the other day. pretty reasonably priced too. only thing is it does not come with foam.
