Contact Mack/George they have those already wound, you just need to stick in new magnets (supplied) and wire up to esc
Good for learning to rewind and works well on Foam flights with Direct prop. If he has run out of stock, I can pass you mine at his cost (new). It comes with prop attachment also.

              CD-rom motor

              Hi,

I remember paying something like $29.00 for the kit.
It is still in Original Packing. You do not need to gear it as you can fly with direct prop.
              PM to me if interested

                  CD rom motor

Are you referring to Hovering on 3 D plane, I am doubtful? Maybe someone can advise further.

Yes, it's possible to hover using a home-made cd-motor. But u need to be very weight-concious.

See the clips of Manual Nuebel showing close up his cd-motor foam plane hovering n doing all types of stunts in a school hall. He even provide all the info for free, or u can order his kit.

I'll try to find the website.

Phenomenon, my EPP 3D could be hovered indoor with the CD rom motor on 8 x 4.3 prop and E-TEC 2S1P 700HP lipoly battery pack.

                      Have a great flying weekend!
                      I have seen them all.

Not me lah! Still on Trainer and simulator!

I was told by the manufacturer that my 3D EPP airplane could be hovered with the rim magnet (total airplane weight not exceeding 130g) or 24 pcs of NdFeV N45 6.0 x 2.6 x 1.0mm magnets (total airplane weight under 150g). Already tested by them.

                            Have fun!
