I'm selling my Hi Tec Flight Sim Cable purchased from Rotor:-

I've used it with both JR and Futaba (round DIN plug) transmitters. Presumably, it will also work with Hi Tec transmitters.

Main advantage? Lets you use your actual flight transmitter so you can use things like dual rates, expo and custom mixes....
