Can $350 get a ready to fly Remote kite?

Hi, can anyone advise me if a budget of $350 can get a ready to fly Remote Kite.

"prices ranges from china (at mustafa,don't expect much)$180(for the same thing sold there sim lim sells at $350),local tubing made(acehobby)$500 and machined joint made(goflykite)$610."

but helis are the best!

haha. i dun really tink so la. i tink u should be able to fix up one with ur $350 budget. if u really wanna get so high end kite like those 500-600 one, maybe u can start by buying a 2nd hand heli to play while savin up.

can... just buy an esky controller, esky receiver and the kite.. gws esc, 2 x esky servos.. i think can add up less than $300...

hmm i guess if u wanan get a kite, it will be for night flyin rite. so take a look below at this link:
