Servos is good enough for learning basic hovering, FF etc. Not enough for 3D.

correction, servos can do light aerobatics. Basic stuffs like loops, rolls, tumble,stall turns and inverted flight, all sure can. The more chim stuffs actually also can, juz that the engine might not tahan before the servos cannot tahan. How I know? my r30 has s3001(similar to the hitec 3xx and 4xx stuff in terms of torque and speed) all round except tail, they have been working for almost 50hrs on the heli and have been through some light aerobatics and are all still working.

If you ain't working.. I suggest you don't get a nitro heli. It is a expensive hobby. Of course, unless you have a golden spoon in your mouth which most of us don't. (this is a very frank comment.. pls don't take it to heart.)

50 can use for light aerobatics, I know of someone using s3001 on r50 for flying around.

btw I the normal servo even can use on r60 for hovering and slow flight leh, juz fast forward flight maybe might kill the servo.

I must well keep it as spare part for my R50v2.
