This is a USED ATG fibreglass quad frame. Some scuffs but no cracks.

I frankly did not have a good experience with this frame, sometimes got resonances, hope you have better luck, by supplying your own normal flat washers. The shop I bought this from omgfly.com did not supply flat washers, so I went to buy, and got plastic ones thinking I could save weight, but plastic washers seem to flatten over time and results in looseness.
