      May I know what the different between extreme and extreme v2?

        This are the latest release from TP and I believe they have improved on the chemistry giving even higher performance and durability. However, you can do a search to hear other flyers' feedback

              This is the reply I had from Thunder Power when I wanted to send packs back for customer once.

              Dear Mr Yap,

              The warranty policy is that we replace any defect batteries for free. But for those batteries were purchased within 3 months and damaged by customers, we will replace new one with 50% discount. If beyond 3 months, the discount rate will drop to 30%. We apologize for the confusion.

              Also, we suggest our Thunder Power dealers let their customers contact us directly. Let us take care those returning batteries. Again, thank you for your supporting.
