Supported servo list

Hi folks,

An update from manufacturer for the Spartan RC DS760 Adaptive Heading Hold Gyro on supported servos:

* All Futaba and Hitec digital servos work.

* The JR 8900G works but the older models do not.

* The Logitech 6100G works in 760uSec mode (use the same setting as S9251/6).

* Sanwa ERG-WRX and Airtronics 94758 work.

* The HDS-877 does NOT work
