You got to slow the speed down by 99%. Otherwise he cannot focus with his camera......

You're partially right ! ...Up to my last DSLR, the AF speed's too slow to catch Joe's racers in flight ! bursting at 5fps I'll get maybe 20% of the shots usable ...but watch out, this bad ass new SLT gives me 70% usable at 10fps !!!

...will be off to Bird Park this Sunday to practice shooting birds in flight before attempting on one of Joe's "birds-on-steriods" at PFW
