That is the purpose!...sort of. Make full use of the "glass canopy" and the open windows.

BTW, what is the size of your current pilot? Is it the same height as Barbie Doll? If yes, maybe u can use Barbie doll (or compatible)

But in real Bell 47, the main rotor spin CCW

Yes this is the correct way when facing the blade. It is rotating clockwise. In fact, I made a mistake during the first installation, by following the Trex or Raptor series which theirs rotation are CCW.
