Chinese New Year 2008 Light Up Opening 26th Jan2008
Time: 730pm - 930pm

Punggol Central (field next to Central Christian Church)

Dear Fellow DH friends,
We would like to open this invitation to encourage more DH members to participate in this Chinese New Year 2008 Light-Up event organized by Punggol - Oceanus GRC.
The main purpose is to help spice up the night's event with our LED lighted RC planes, create further awareness of our aeromodelling's community.
Be it IFO, 3D planes, self-made, or any flying object safe enough to take-off & controllable, pls feel free to bring.
Once again, kindly register your participation in the following thread and PM me your contacts to sync up.
Kindly gather at the bus stop/Pavement area next to the field at 700pm (26Jan08) to consolidate your freqs. and briefings.
Details:

1. Flying zone will only be on the field as indicated in the blue box boundary in pic.
2. VIPs + MPs + Residents will gather at the 2nd floor foyer area to view us
3. There'll be 2 areas for us(Aeromodellers)
-one at the main flying field to demo your LED lighted planes
-one at the 2nd floor rear (behind the decoration area, see pic) for static
display of your planes.
4. I need more helpers to fly, and also some to station at the static display area for FAQs to residents and VPs.
To appreciate our participation, a "Certificate of Appreciation" will be awarded by Punggol GRC for our effort.
We would like to sincerely encourage more of us to take part in such event and further promote aeromodelling as a healthy hobby, recreational activity for our families and friends to spend time together. (within safety and consideration to the public guidelines)
