    Happy Lunar New Year!!! (non-RC related)

    Wishing everyone a Happy Lunar New Year!!!

    Went Esplanade & trying out my Camera using F8 aperture... onie managed to get a few shots that is presentable... well... anyone flying in New Year's season?

    Juz crossed over to the DUCT side!

    Flying: P-51 Mustang, Corsair, F4 Phantom, Beaver(GF's), TigerMoth(GF's)
    Slope Glider: E-Hawk 1500
    Still in Box: Formosa, Zero Fighter, Me 109
    Things to Sell:
    - T-rex 450XL NIB
    - Nano Falcon(not build yet)
    - Speed 370 motor with JST connector & Spur gear $5, PM me

        Canon 20D with 17-85mm IS USM len... Looking for 100-400mm or 70-200mm IS USM f2.8 len... anyonne got lobang?ried

        Read from somewhere that taking fireworks it's best to set to F8 I tried but fireworks is not easy to take. Tried many times...

              Yes I do... couldnt really get a nice spot so 'jiang ju' abit juz took outside the atrium at the Esplanade. Thankz for the compliments though I am a real Novice on taking fireworks. Got advises from some photography forum about the 'preferred' aperture setting for fireworks. Using F8 & the rest is auto(shutter priority) plus, if u can meddle between the exposure within 3/4-1 1/4 stops. Also, the wind direction is rather important which I noticed. Coz the wind will blow the smoke toward u & the effect wont be that good. The light from the fireworks will diffuse through the smoke hence creating undesirable effects...

              Lots more to learn though
