25k? Way off.

A standard turbine setup with simple airframe would put you back anywhere from 3-7k.
Thrust of turbine and size of airframe all play a part as per usual.
This includes the turbine engine itself, ECU and all the necessary hardware.

I don't have one, i just like doing my homework.

Basic start will not cost that much, as what wei Yao mention the basic is about 3 to 7K only. I think the 25K is those big scale one where you need more thrusting power engine that will cost around 4 to 6K just engine alone. Let's say the scale jet needs 12 servo on control & one servo with hight torque cost around $200 X 12 will give you about $2400 plus engine let's say 5K for a 36lbs or 16kg thrust is already $7400, fuselage $3K that will bring you up to $10.400 there's other things which is not mention close to what it is..............
