    removing 9C casing

    Hi all,

    has anyone managed to remove the casing of the futaba 9cap tx? i was thinking about a respray job.

        Sorry I do not have a pic.
        All you have to do is remove all the knobs and switches and all screws that you can see and the faceplate will come off

                i removed the 7 bolts on the front.. but cant seem to remove the casing, how to remove the knobs and switches as well?

                    You have to remove the 4 screws behind also.
                    The knobs you just pull off
                    As for the switches, you see the part with two slots, just turn them anti clockwise and the switch can be removed from behind.

                          hey er, i have removed all the knobs and switches liao, but the casing just wont budge, anything else to remove? like the campac thing?

                            okay got the campac removed liao, now i am just stuck at the on/off switch and screen area, that part doesnt come out, need to remove any screws inside the TX?

                              Oh I forgot
                              Need to pull out switch and knob also.
                              The screen is separate from the cover.
                              Need to remove screws behind screen.
