Setup of Quark 33A ESC Need help

Have problem understanding the menu, can anybody with this area of experience help me, kind of lost with the supplied menu !

First of all, make sure your throttle runs the right away even before programming. Once that's out of the way,
1. put your throttle stick to the max and press and HOLD the programming button on the ESC.
2. Move your throttle stick to Minimum and you will get the light indication or buzz (if motor is connected).

If you can 1 blink of the RED LED, you are on the easy programming mode, and 2 blinks for advanced programming.
