    try reading for the answer to your question:
    The Academy of Model Aeronautics is a nonprofit community of enthusiasts who come together to celebrate model aviation.


    The best way to understand is, read your TX manual on how to set it.. then as an exercise, set it to your rudder to 75% dual rate.. and see what happens as you move your stick when you turn it on/off.

    Same goes Exponential. Do remember to reset it back if you not using it.
