charger reporting "SHORT ERR"

its a combo charger 4X60W, connected to a efuel power supply. one day one of the charger just keep reporting "Short Err"

any electronics guru can help me diagnose and is it worth fixing?

hi, thx for replying. I've viewed both the video and thread before. However it doesn't seem like any resistor is burnt out or copper coil thingy bent. I inspected it under torch light and couldn't find anything wrong...

i don't have those multi tool thing for diagnose too...
