EzUHF - is this allowed in Singapore

Wanted to check if the following is legal to be used in Singapore. Also, is this compatible with JR9503 Tx?

EzUHF operates on the ham band (433MHz). The class licence only lets you use up to 10mW of power on this frequency. If you want to use higher you need a separate licence.

Thanks so much for the clarification. Will stick to my JR 2.4Ghz only..
