Suggested IFO motor?

I wanna scratch build the original IFO for relax flying. should i use:

1. smaller prop with 3 cell batt and a high kv motor

OR

2. Bigger SF prop with 2 cell and a Low kv motor?

not looking for anything super fast but just concerned about torque roll?

hope someone cal suggest their setup and est Amp draw. thanks!

bro i lent you mine ( JW flying field) the whole ifo (throw in the car but not flying). is a 2s setup.
