2 control inputs to same channel?

i have a futaba 10CAG

is it possible to program 2 control inputs to affect the same channel?

basically i want to have a switch or dial controling my elevator.
this is so i can flick a switch to give a bit of up elevator during
hand launch (since my hands are not on the control sticks)

and then once in flight, i flick the switch / dial off and use
the elevator stick to control.

It's call condition mode.

You can set launch mode, landing mode, speed mode, glider mode.
