Plane transmitter to rc car?

Can i use my plane transmitter to rc car?
Im planning to have an rc car using my own plane transmitter, is it possible?

the key issue is throttle control. Some car TX are 70/30 split and spring loaded. But Air TX is not.

Suggest you invest on a car TX if you are serious.
