btw, they do not have 18cm leh...

What do you mean by 18cm? Length or the opening diameter? If it's opening diameter, then it's quite big.

You can try one shop in Sim Lim Square, #05-44, MHT Electronics. Look for a fella named Harry, he's only in after 4pm weekdays, but better go in the evenings. He has the battery heatshrink there and you can ask him to sell you some. He makes custom battery packs and stuff.

Instead of wrapping it with shrink wrap, you can also use Duct/Duck tape instead. I normally use that.
