Newbie need help! =)

Hi everyone, Just finish soldering my esc and motor and wanted to try it out with the receiver. I'm using Dx6i and AR 6110. But I do not know which plug should go to where.. May i know which plug should:
1)the esc go to?
2)the battery go to?
3)the bind plug go to?

1) the esc go to 2nd slot(throtle)
2) the bind plug go to 1st slot(batt)

Note:After bind remember to remove bind plug...

Hi.. Thanks for the reply... I had another issue. That is when i put my servo into the aileron, it doesn't seems to be working.. May i know what is the cause?
