How to increase Throttle End Point to 112%

My radio is the Futaba 9Chp
I am trying to set up my throttle linkage with OS 50SX-H Hyper and wanted 112% for both the throttle End points
The throttle curve are 0, 25, 50, 75, 100. And Sub trim are all zero.
Have tried various servo arm hole combination on both the servo horn and throttle arm horn.
The best I can get are 95% for throttle end points (both end) without the throttle binding.

Any way to increase the endpoint to 112% without binding the throttle.
    Please help. Thanks

What is this "special" number 112%

      The steps, I would do....

      remove horns and links
      set trim to neutral
ATV to 100% on both end points
Thro Curve to 0, INH, 50, INH, 100
      move thro stick to center.
      mount servo horn 12 o'clock (or 6 o'clock)
sub trim it to get 12 o'clock (or 6 o'clock)
      move stick to full
turn carb horn to full open
(this part not sure...increase ATV to 112%)
measure the center of both ball links
create the link rod to the measured center to center
place the link rod over the ball but don't clip it in yet
      move stick slowly until zero
If there is binding (sure have) means you cannot get the low end to 112%
clear the binding at the low end and check if the carb horn is fully closed.
move stick to center check if the both the servo and carb horns are parallel.

There is marking on the barrel area of the Hyper, use that as a gauge to see the carb full-open and full closed.

      If all fails...........give up lah..

No lah, meet up with me or someone who is nearby your place. Practical help is faster that theory...me thinks.

        Thank Mechplas,
Very solid instructions After reading your instructions, I think I know why I cant get the 112%

I uses a link rod of unknown length and adjust the End point to it

Will give it another try with your instructions. Thanks. If still fail then must need practical help liao

The magic number 112% was given in the links you gave.
Think it was for preventing servo binding when using aileron to throttle and elevator to throttle mixes on Futaba 9C.

BTW, your throttle setup very chiao leh I love the bright red horn

But on my setup, the link rod between the servo horn and the carb arm is quite slant one. But in your photos looks quite ok. Izzit that’s why you change to the red servo horn ?

Anyone else got any other advise that could help please.

        Thanks
