cell vol err

recently having prob charging 3s lipo on the Extreme charger.
keeps giving me the "cell vol err"
But when put on the another charger, it was ok
what could be the cause?

could be the balancer plugs?
mine had the problem.. changes the blancer plugs and it was fine again
