TX modulation frequency modification

I am thinking of getting a multiplex TX for its simple programming and light weight. But they dont have Spore legal frequency
Anyone knows how to change the ffrequency from say 35 to 29 Mhz? Some technical tips or someone can change for me with small fee will be great. I ever heard that use a JR 29Mhz xtal then just turn one of the TX coil few truns will do.
Now I need to keep a approved set with license in order to join the club

In addition, if I managed to change the frequency, can I get it approved as a hobby equipment?

The programming part of Multiplex is wonderful, the rest sucks.

To convert to 29mhz is not so straight forward as tuning the coil. It needs some components change as well.
