Are all ESCs programmable?

Hi,

I like to check whether all ESCs programmable? Or only those stated programmable then can be program?

So far i have seen, all brushless esc are programmable, either by tx, PC or programming card/box.

All brushed esc I come across not programmable.

Thanks Adrianli, I just got myself a programming card, I can make use of it to program my ESC.
