The Blue Arrow 3200KV BL could take a CC10 ESC. As for the actual maximum loading, I would check with the factory about it. And I would get back to you asap.

The maximum current that the Blue Arrow BR2040A KV3200 BL could take is 18A/60s, and 25A/60s for the KV5400 BL.
