if i want to add a lipo balancer, that means i must rip open my lipo, unsolder and separate the cells and solder the balancer and then do a heat strink?
How can i find suck a big heat strink to hold up all the cell?

U don't need to unsolder and seperate the cells, u can solder the balancer wires to the battery terminals and stick the balancers onto the pack with double sided tape.

Or u can solder connectors to the pack.

U can buy big shrink tube from hobby link.

                  Hi James,

finally did the balancer and its working well. remember the other pack that i told that could be seriously unbalanced? well, it is, but not as bad. after one session, i charge the voltage of each cell and its alright now Thanks!

Any pack with more than 1 cell in series should be check for cell balance.

I am using the LiPo balancer on 3 cell packs along with a E-TEC Apache charger...

what I noticed is that when all the red LEDs are flashing, the full charge indicator on the charger is still red (charging)... Do I just disconnect my lipos or should I allow the charging to go on until the charger LED turns green??

                              Thanks.
