T15 Tahmazo charger spoil - Help !

I have a T15 Tahmazo charger stop charging anymore, think is spoil .
Anyone knows where can I sent the charger for repair in Sg ?
Or need to sent back to the manufacturer ??

Any help will be Greatly Appreciate..

Could be just the 12V DC supply (bulit-in) burn out.
