question on JR DSX9 2.4G

Att: DSX9 owner.

I am confuse regarding the tx battery connector.should i disconnect it if i hardly use it? I think i came across someone in daddyhobby said that it is recommended to disconnect if hardly use. But the NOTE in rotor website said that

NOTE:
1. Do Not unplug or change the TX battery, it can be demage the main board.

Please enlighten me..thanks.
