JR servo user please help

Hi,

I would like to find out if anyone has use these servo before and what's the diff between these... As for spec. they look the same except the casing or numbering..

i was told that the DS8915 is our asia version of the US DS8717

I'm guessing is the DS8715 the older version of the DS8915..

My understanding are that.. JR 8715, 8717, 8915, and 8717HV are all the same servos. The difference are with their casing and warranty.. where 8715 uses the plastic casing, and 8717,8915 etc uses aluminum casing.. while 8717HV uses a different metal casing while it is spec to support 8v.

so they are the same right..

I was also told that they come in different grade within the same model..

First class quality goes to states and europe..

2nd class go to asia region

last class to their local..

thats why sometime when we buy from their country LHS.. its cheaper..

Wah lau You know how much it's going to cost JR Radio just to hire people to grade servos coming out from the same line.. and also same spec but with different components?? Bad procurement practice..
