XPS Futaba module swap

Bought the new XPS Futaba casing at NTC, cost abt S$20+. A bit cut throat as usual, US selling at US$9.95. No choice lah.

Here is a pic of the old n new put side by side.

How you find the new casing? Any advantage over the old one?

Saw it at NTC before but still prefer the old design personally.

It clears the metal handle and allows me to keep it in the box w/o taking out the module which I always did.
