Hello helpers, i recently got one from jet hobby to use it for my rc tank but the channel plugs wont fit. Must i go back to the shop to get it fix? Are there any options? Thank you very much for your times and thoughts.

uh channel plugs? Do you mean servo 'plugs' that are supposed to go into your receiver sockets? If cannot fit, then just use penknife or file/sandpaper until it fits. If not then go to shop and buy the connector that fits, to replace the ones that come with your servos.
