hi need help anyone can repair a cc35 one of the ic chip broke off frm the board

If the PCB copper track do not peal off, u can solder it back.

Or, u can send an email to Castle Creations and tell them your problem. See whether they want to repair it under warranty or not. If not, u have to pay for the service charge.

I would not adv u to DIY. Who knows it could be a multi layer board beneath .... u could accidentally kill the entire board. CC is well known for their great replacement service. Send them an email.
