          Some More Info

Previously did some research into the same topic and here's some more facts:

          1. JR launched the 9X in Asia and Europe but the North American Distributor wanted software changes and some more features
          2. JR made the changes to suit the North American requirements and released it as the JR 9303 which is to be sold Only in North America
          3. JR subsequently released the 9303 to the Asian and European markets as the updated JR 9XII.
          4. There are some minor differences such as the FCC certified Radio Output power of the JR 9303 is higher than what is allowable in Europe. That is why the JR 9303 Cannot be sold in Europe but in Singapore, IDA accepts FCC certification, which means if JR 9303 were to be sold here in Singapore, it should be able to pass IDA regulation.
          5. JR 9XII has all 4 Digital Trims but JR 9303 has 1 Analog Trim for the Throttle and 3 other are Digital Trims
          6. Slight differences in the layout
          7. Same software with minor differences.

          Hope that helps

Bro any idea on the rationale behind the analogue trim for throttle? purely cost savings?

If I am not wrong, this was supposed to be a North American thingy for the JR 9303 and the rationale for the analog throttle trim was for immediate visual and tactile reference to idle position, as spelled out in their brochure.
