    HS-55 and Locktite a nono?

    Was mounting my hs55s and used blue locktite.
    after a few minutes all the servo tabs like melted, became very soft and brittle.

    hmm what do u mean hs55 and loctite? where did u apply it?

      I apply on the screw, but abit will still touch the servo tabs....then it became soft and brittle and broke.
      Now new casing, everything alright without loctite

        what screw is that? if u mean servo horn screw, u dont need loctite with that. one only applies loctite for metal to metal contact. btw apply the loctite sparingly

          Oh, no I mean the screws to mount the servo to the frame. Just changed to the STK frame, so its a metal mounting.
