Need help. Z-power Z10A always stall after 3 mins hover

Mini Titan E325 heli. motor: Z-power Z10A 3300kv. Pinion gear:15T. ESC: 40A Original thunder tiger ESC. Always stall after 3 mins hover and the motor will be very hot. Throttle up cannot start and got beep beep sound. Have to cool down, only then can start. Is there anyone who can help me?
