Is there a diff between JR8103 and JR3810 ?

There seems to be this 2 floating around, but look the same to me.

Btw, do you people use FM or PCM for electric heli ?

Both are the same .8103 is the US model number for it whereas 3810 is for the rest of the world.Same goes for the 9X.That's what it's called here but it's called 9303 in the US
