    Multiplex TX

Guys, I'm looking for Multiplex TX due to its comfortable size to my small paws, ops I mean palms.
I'm actually quite interested in the Multiplex Cockpit or SX, not sure of the version.
Its a 6 or 7chn one, one of the basic.
Intention to use it for Heli.
Anyone using it and have comments?
I'm also looking at 72Mhz range but dont know if its available in SG...

    Inputs anyone?

Ya... I simply love the feel, esp when my paws are small...
For the most basic, I believe is the Multiplex Cockpit SX, its around 500+ almost $600 at NTC Kinda super big investment in a single item and I'm really hesitating.
Wondering if anyone is using this model for Heli and if its suitable.
Also, does it comes with 72Mhz range?

its an investment that should last a long while..

as for the models, swing for the evo if you can...no regrets

I had both EVO9 and Cockpit SX.
Evo9 can do almost whatever you want, I flew in plane, glider and heli. Cockpit SX only tested in plane and glider, but the programming also support heli.
Both of them, the programming is very logical that make me feel my other TX like CHP9 and DX7 are a kind of "funny".
I got my Cockpit SX + IPD receiver at $460+ (I think) from LHS. very good price indeed. However, due to very limited set sold in Spore, the support is rather poor. They were not able to repair my Phase switch intermittent contact problem, after some ding dong, I got my full refund. Now I am using DX7. Other than the typical "funny" jap programming logic, very thing works well especially the 2.4G advantages.
Cockpit SX does not show graph, so is less friendly when u program the pitch and throttle curve.
Both cockpit SX and Evo feel very comfortable on your palms. But the Cockpit ant is a bit too long if you dont mind.
If you play with nitro engine, extra care is a must for Evo and Cockpit, because the paint wear off easily.
Hitec is going to have a new TX soon, hope they derived from MPX but not Futaba. then we will have good support from LHS and the "logical" TX design.

Why Evo7? They are not cheap then must as well get a Evo9. Programming functions a lot more powerful. Beside, the stickers on the top of the Evo7 make the set look very cheap.
I would get a Cockpit SX instead (I did) for something simpler, cheaper and still have the logical programming.
In fact I like the set so much, but too bad the LHS just cant fix the intermittent problem.
Oh, I forgot to mention earlier, Cockpit SX doesn't have 72Mhz because USA Hitec still has a lot of old Cockpit MM.
