Picooz charge problem.

ok. wonder if anyone have this problem. when i plug in my picooz to the tx to charge, and push the 'on' switch on the tx, the power light comes on, but the charge light comes on the off immediately. it doesnt charge the heli at all.
there is still power in the lipo, but not much. and i belive my tx batt are quite full too.
what could be the problem?

ok. problem solved. no problem in the first place. all my batt too low powered.
