Re-wind CD ROM Motor

After re-wind CD ROM, it refuses to run smoothly.

Poles= 6
Turns=15
Delta connection.

Any tips for correct re-winding

Most likely you miss a count during wiring that happen to me and most of the other guys too during our first attemp. Just have to rewire it and ensure the way you count is consistant.

On the other hand, you can try changing the timing of the ESC something may solve the problem too. Especailly for those high poles count like cd rom, good luck
