    soldering stand

    hmmm.. not really electronics but still related. heres something i learnt from one of the books from our library http://www.daddyhobby.com/forum/showthread.php?t=12911

    its a simple solder stand. it acts to hold your connector and wire in place so that you can solder it on easily. heres some pics:

    made from wood pegs and balsa wood.

    top of the balsa wood has a sot so that the wire can be slipped off. the metal spring thing from the peg can be used to hold the wire in place so that it will not slip out. hope this helps. used white glue for the base and epoxy for the right ups and peg

        hahahaha 90cents can get 36 wooden pegs. so why not. haha. relatively simple to make to by following the book. haha thanks
