DIY foam cutter (hot wire cutter)

Hi, where did you get the foam? How do you cut out the wing so nicely? Whenever I cut the foam, the angle is always way off.

Art friends sells blue/pink extruded polystrene foams and white styrofoam.

What I use on the current projects are high density white styrofoam which is bulk ordered from a factory at Tuas. I can spare a few 1.2m x 1.2m x 50mm think sheets if you need.
