                For this nitro version.........

If you built one out of balsa and ply, what would you use to do the water proofing?

                Finishing Epoxy and paint? or
                Monokote and CA?

How would you protect the electronics?

                Thanks.

Yes. Those NT cutters or X-acto single or multiple breakable/interchangeable blades.

Care should be taken when cutting coro plastics. Never let the blade run off-track and accidently cut your fingers. Always use clamps or woodblocks to press against ruler guides during cutting process.

Cutting againsts the flute direction and along flute direction requires diff pressures. Practice on scrap coro before attempting final.

For cutting of the uPVC (white) trunking/cable housing a sharp snipper would do the job.

Further reference to guides and techniques on coro can be found here

                      Good luck.

hmmm...think i would use foam core and 1/64 ply skin all over then apply a layer of varnish and paint the sides and top only. And tupperware to protect the electronics....
