FMS cable

Bought an FMS cable from him. Few days later I guess there's something wrong with the cable. Went back to his shop and was replaced without any question asked? Very nice and humble guy. Strongly recommended.

i guess you go to any flying field and ask whether they know about DH and i bet you the 10 out of 10 reply will say yes but ask them again have you met up with the founder??? 9 out of 10 say no....

so the moral of the story no shop to sell items but still gives the hobby community together.....

Though at times I witness he gets "dark-clouds" as customers ask & ask during lunch time especially Friday (busiest hour)...then never buy...and walked away, Moh kept his cool (can see him controling..keke )......

...those of us who have known Moh over the years have nothing but good things to say about him !

However ...I have come across some newbies who mis-understood his quiet and gentle nature as aloofness and proudness ! ...Just need to explain to them that Moh is more of an introvert nice guy !

i did visited and bought from him a few times... just accessories like prop, carbon rod and others..

at first, i also thought dat he is not approachable guy.. but now i think he is just very quiet type.. based on his short answer to my questions.

"not sure"
"do u have any smaller roll for this tape"
"no"
"can this (screw-lock connecter) fit hitec hs55 servo horn"

but again, i have no qualm to go and buy from him again..

Hi

I am also a happy customer from JH.

I find that thought he doesnt talk much , i find him approachable and willing to discuss a bit more when you know what you want and are just choosing b/w 2 or 3 choices.

Some people ask him all sorts of questions which i find that if they had bother to read up a newbie guide, they will find the answers.

products wise, it is a good range and price competitive. One of the best hobby shop here.

Saw JH website, got some nice looking balsa biplanes. But it says: "coming soon". I am looking for some investment on plane, no sure if these nice looking items within my budget.

I bought an ESC from JH and it stopped working after testing it to be ok 1-2 times (haven't flown yet of course, and it was within 1-2 days of buying the ESC). He replaced for me with no charge. Glad to have such good service or I would have had to fork out for another ESC.
