YEa ! the RAM was the problem. I just plug in a RAM that was sitting around. Never plug that ram bcos I was thinking that it will slow down the transfer rate. My mobo suppose to work at 800MHz TR if it's plug in with 2 400 MHz RAM on 2 different bus. and the extra ram was a 266Mhz. Now I have 768 MB DDR RAM. This are the screen shots. I can now go up to all the settings in HIGH except for the texture ! I can't get the texture to HIGH.If I do so, it will slow down tremendously.

haha hope u enjoy play BF2. It is so actditive to me LoL. So now is my exam week, i keep my BF2 CD in my Raptor box LoL ( the box when u coem raptor one ) then for the time being i now playing CS
